Currently, we are on the lookout for a Pre School Teacher (ages 3-4 yrs), with working hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The perfect candidate should embody the following qualities:

• A professional demeanor coupled with a positive outlook.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with parents.

• Physical capability to stoop, lift, bend, and comfortably engage with children on the floor and in outdoor settings.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Creating a loving environment with the focus on learning through play!

• Employing positive guidance techniques in accordance with state regulations, providing counsel to children when faced with social, academic, or adjustment challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of each child's developmental milestones, incidents, observations, and attendance.

• Designing an environment conducive to the developmental needs of toddlers, including appropriate room layout, decor, and learning materials.

• Facilitating effective communication with parents through digital platforms, ensuring transparency by sharing daily activity schedules and maintaining informative bulletin boards.

• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Texas Minimum Standards relevant to center operations.
